We recommend as a beginner to start with copper and aluminum materials for recycling because (as you can see from the list) many of the materials can be commonly found around the home, or just discarded in public areas. By cleaning up those locations, you can acquire a decent amount of scrap copper and aluminum to refine that will get you far on your way to being successful.
